The Pavilion House was crafted with a focus on quality and simplicity of construction. Designed in collaboration with Darby Partners, it offers a refined, high-end residence that feels connected to its surrounding sand dunes.

Locally sourced New Zealand timber creates a warm, natural palette, while the ballast roof blends into the landscape. The custom concrete block spine wall anchors the steel superstructure, supporting the pre-fabricated wall, floor, and roof panels – bringing both strength and efficiency to the build.
