The William Street Townhouses are our latest collaboration with Habitat For Humanity. This new development has the benefits of a conventional townhouse development – each house has its own private backyard and parking space – but the unconventional driveway space has been designed as an appealing space to gather and interact. A pocket park has been located at the end of the driveway where neighbouring kids can gather and interact.

The house construction also focuses on performance with Formance SIPs panels, improved air-tightness and mechanical heat recovery ventilation used to ensure a comfortable and healthy living environment.

Each townhouse is thermally modelled to ensure the design provides spaces that are warm, but don’t suffer from overheating.
