We’ve completed over 120 townhouses for Kāinga Ora as part of the Christchurch rebuild. Each home is designed to provide light-filled, healthy living spaces, giving occupants their own courtyard and a strong connection to the surroundings. Built using sustainably sourced New Zealand timber, the houses combine environmental responsibility with functional design.

The homes are constructed with pre-fabricated floor, wall, and roof panels, creating high-performing dwellings that are both economical and efficient to build. Concrete foundation pods allow each house to move independently in the event of an earthquake, helping to preserve structural integrity.
