This Queenstown house renovation was designed to modernise the materials and forms while providing generous new outdoor living spaces. 

This house sits on a prime Queenstown site with great sun and lake views. The 90’s house was suffering from weathertightness issues and general wear and tear. We assessed the house and looked at an option to fully renovate or re-build. It proved more economical to renovate with the bones of the house and layout generally working for the site and owners.
