Purchased for its sweeping views, this home underwent a major renovation to modernise and enhance livability. The living spaces were reconfigured into an open-plan layout with improved deck access, while retaining the existing  post-and-beam framework. 

The renovation ensures year-round temperature regulation. The staggered three-level design, once prone to overheating, was transformed with new operable windows and a heat-transfer system.
