Jenkin's House
Wānaka

This home balances environmentally friendly design, energy efficiency, sustainability, and healthy living. Positioned on a west-facing site, we’ve used a higher-pitched roof with highlight windows  to draw in extra northern light.

With high-performance design in mind, this home uses solar power, increased insulation, sustainable local materials, and airtight construction for year-round comfort and energy savings. New Zealand timber is used throughout the structure, cladding, and decking. Passive solar design maximises winter heat gain while keeping interiors cool in summer to increase energy efficiency and sustainability.
