This project is a two story, 550m2 commercial development within the Three Parks subdivision in Wanaka.
A boxed out cedar form is used to address the corner street frontage and provide a point of distinction for the building.
The building has been clad with a charcoal coloured profiled metal cladding and cedar.
The ground level is constructed with stacker bond concrete block-work.
Ample sun shading and shelter has been provided to the northern face.
