We have completed 120+ townhouses for HNZ as part of the Christchurch rebuild.
The houses have been designed to provide light, healthy spaces that provide each occupant with their own courtyard and connection to their surroundings.
The houses are constructed with NZ grown, sustainably sourced timber.
High Performing Housing.
The roof is constructed with SIPs panels which provide great thermal insulation and avoid thermal bridging.
Pre-fabricated
These units have been constructed using floor, wall and roof panels that are pre-fabricated in a factory to create high performing houses that are economical and efficient to construct.
Earthquake risk minimized
These townhouses are constructed on a series of concrete foundation pods so in the event of an earthquake the houses will move on the foundations but the structure will not collapse.
