Residential / Gable Houses
Gable Houses
The Gable Houses have been developed with Darby Partners for a coastal site north of Auckland.
The houses have been constructed with solid timber CLT panels, that were prefabricated.
The walls and roof are fully wrapped in a macrocarpa rainscreen, which has been left to weather and silver off.

The wall, floor and roof forms are constructed with CLT (cross laminated timber), which is constructed with sustainably sourced NZ pine.
The panels are exposed on the interior with a white wash finish.
The larch timber cladding, macrocarpa decking and oak flooring is all NZ grown and sustainably sourced.
