STRUCTURAL DRAUGHTSPERSON -  STRUCAD

This position provides an excellent opportunity for somebody to work in a great design team, while continuing to gain a broad range of experience. The successful applicant will be involved in steelwork shop drawing modeling & detailing ultising Strucad software.

This position is available in our Invercargill office.

Key Accountabilities:

• Detailing of steelwork drawings suitable for fabrication
• Site visits and measure ups
• Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant technical information, draughting standards, equipment, techniques and software applications
• Undertake technical reviews as appropriate
• Work as part of a team and assist other team members as required
• Comply with company standards and procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven track record of relevant experience
• Proficiency using Strucad software required
• Proficiency using MS Word
• Strong knowledge and experience in different construction methods
