This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as an integral part of a dynamic architectural design team. The successful applicant will be involved in a wide variety of residential and commercial projects.

The successful applicant will need to have experience in residential and/or commercial detailing.

Key Accountabilities:

• Computer aided detailing of commercial and residential projects
• Site visits and measure ups
• Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant technical information, draughting standards, equipment, techniques and software applications
• Undertake technical reviews as appropriate
• Work as part of a team and assist other team members as required
• Comply with company standards and procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven track record of relevant NZ experience
• Proficiency using Archicad software preferred, however on job training will be given
• Diploma in Architectural Draughting, NZCAD or training towards
• Thorough understanding of NZS3604, NZBC and Architectural detailing.
